Product Features:

Five Ports: Equipped with 4mm solid double oblique high vacuum stopcocks (CG-468-02), each designed with a constant pressure retaining device.

High-Quality Joints: The ports feature 24/40 inner joints with strategically placed hooks above the grind, allowing for secure connections.

Spacious Design: Port spacing of 150mm center to center combined with rod bracing to the vacuum bank ensures stability. The large inner diameter (40mm) of the vacuum bank accommodates rapid evacuation of vessels up to 1000ml.

Advanced Vacuum System: The end of the vacuum bank includes a 35/25 ball joint, complete with a 35/25 socket joint cap style stopper to prevent grease induction into the line.

Valved Gauging Port: Conveniently positioned on the main vacuum line and fitted with a 12/5 ball joint for precise monitoring.

Inert Gas Line Connections:

The inert gas line incorporates 2 ports for seamless connections to your inert gas source and a dedicated bubbler. A valved crossover line is included for the thorough evacuation of the entire system, ensuring comprehensive usability. The end of the inert gas line is equipped with a 14/20 inner joint and a 14/20 outer joint cap style stopper for enhanced flexibility.

Pre-Trap & Main Trap Assembly:

The pre-trap features a diameter of 51mm and a length of 250mm, with two 28/15 socket joints that connect to the manifold and main trap assembly, which itself boasts 28/15 ball joints. The robust main trap body measures 58mm in diameter and 235mm in length, equipped with a reversed 75/50 ball and socket joint connection.

Additional Components:

Valved Gauging Port: Strategically placed between the main and pre-trap, featuring a 12/5 ball joint.

Connection Flexibility: The assembly allows for connection to diffusion pumps (AF-0450) or mechanical pumps via a 1" OD tube.

Cleaning Made Easy: Both traps can be isolated for cleaning thanks to the 0-12mm Chem-Vac™ Chem-Cap® valves, providing straightforward maintenance.

Spacious Trap Design: The spacing of 175mm between the two traps is optimized for convenient placement of dewar flasks.

Complete System Includes:

The package comprises one 5-port vacuum/inert manifold, one pre-trap, one main trap assembly, and one main trap body. Additionally, it includes two CG-150-05 #28 stainless steel pinch clamps, one CG-150-06 #35 stainless steel pinch clamp, one CG-150-21 #75 stainless steel pinch clamp, two CG-110-01 1/2" stainless steel springs, one 14/20 outer stopper with hooks, and one CG-3014-05 35/25 socket stopper.
