The AlumaSeal CS™ is an advanced sealing film designed to meet the rigorous demands of cold storage applications, featuring a robust 50 µm acrylic adhesive that remains effective at temperatures as low as -80 °C. Specially formulated for superior performance, this sealing film is not recommended for PCR or thermocycling, making it ideal for applications that prioritize preservation over thermal cycling.

For optimal sealing efficacy, using an accessory plate roller to apply the AlumaSeal CS™ sealing films ensures a secure and uniform seal around all wells on 96-well, 384-well, and 1536-well plates. For raised-rim plates, the paddle-type alternative offers an improved pressing method that fits seamlessly within the plate's rim, enhancing the sealing experience.
