Digital Control Panel (DCP)

Equipped with a Digital Control Panel, users benefit from both local and remote operation. The DCP features a 3¾-inch diagonal graphic display, menu-assigned softkeys, a single rotary knob, and four dedicated switches for POWER, STANDBY, OPERATE, and FAULT/RESET functions. The display offers real-time operational insights, including Forward Power, Reflected Power, and internal amplifier status reports.

Versatile Monitoring and Control

The Amplifier Research 1000A225 comes with gain control and an internal automatic level control (ALC) featuring front panel adjustment options. Users can monitor RF performance through RF Sample Ports for forward and reverse power, while all amplifier control functions and status indications are also available remotely via GPIB/IEEE-488 format, RS-232, fiber optic, and USB connections. A keylock on the front panel ensures secure control for local and remote operations.
