RENT ANRITSU MS9740B Optical Spectrum Analyzer (Call for Availability)
The Anritsu MS9740B benchtop Optical Spectrum Analyzer is meticulously engineered for precision and efficiency in optical measurement. With a remarkable wavelength range of 600 nm to 1750 nm, the MS9740B exhibits a wide dynamic range, high resolution, and fast sweep speeds, making it an exceptional choice for the manufacturing and evaluation of 850-nm band VCSEL modules. Designed with practical applications in mind, it provides comprehensive measurement menu screens for optical active devices, including LD-Module, DF-LD, FP-LD, LED, PMD, WDM, Opt Amp, and WDM Filter.
This Optical Spectrum Analyzer simplifies complex evaluations by facilitating all-at-once measurements of crucial parameters such as optical center wavelength, level, OSNR, and spectrum width, all conveniently displayed on a single screen. The integrated Fast mode of the Anritsu MS9740B achieves an impressive combination of wide dynamic range and high-speed measurement, suitable for production lines using Rx optical bandwidths of 200 Hz and 1 kHz. Retaining the measurement sensitivity from its predecessor, the MS9740A, it effectively reduces measurement time by 50%, enhancing production efficiency dramatically.
Equipped with a 42 dB dynamic range at 0.2 nm from the peak wavelength, the Anritsu MS9740B ensures accurate WDM signal measurement at both 100 and 50-GHz intervals. It supports the evaluation of up to 300 channels, conveniently displaying necessary data for WDM signal analysis, including center wavelength, level, and SNR, on a single screen. Additionally, the analyzer automatically calculates gain and noise figure (NF) from optical input and output to the optical fiber amplifier. It also accommodates two EDFA measurement applications: Opt. Amp (Multi-channel) for WDM signals and adheres to the latest IEC standards.
