The Anritsu S820E SITEMASTER is the pinnacle of handheld microwave analysis, featuring a comprehensive frequency range from 1 MHz to 40 GHz. As the most advanced Site Master upon its introduction, it includes Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) and Vector Voltmeter (VVM) options, allowing users to easily adapt the instrument to their evolving measurement needs. Upgrades are seamless with the ability to purchase option activation keys, negating the need to send the device back for service. The S820E comes fully equipped with all necessary hardware and calibration processes already embedded during manufacture.

The S820E stands out as the most feature-rich microwave analyzer in its class, boasting standard Video Inspection Probe (VIP) Mode (available with firmware version V1.17 or greater). This mode enables users to verify fiber connectors and conduct Pass/Fail testing according to the IEC 61300-3-35 standard, alongside traditional coaxial and waveguide measurements. An Anritsu compatible USB Video Inspection Probe, like the G0306A 400x USB VIP (sold separately), is required for fiber inspections. VIP results can be easily saved as images or measurement files and converted into PDF reports directly from the device. These measurement files are compatible with Anritsu's other optical testing products, including the MT1000A Network Master Pro and the MT9000 series OTDR products.
