The Capsule Filter, NPTM 1/4'' (Size 1.5'') is an essential disposable filtration unit optimized for the effective removal of particles and bacteria from both aqueous and solvent solutions, as well as gas streams. Engineered for immediate use, this filter bypasses the complex processes of disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly associated with traditional filter housings.

Constructed without glue or surfactants, the Capsule Filter utilizes a unique serial layer filter design that maximizes throughput while extending the unit’s lifespan. Two upstream vents enable versatile venting in any position, enhancing convenience during usage.

All capsule filters featuring membrane media undergo pre-flushing with purified water to minimize extractable residues. Made from food-compliant Polypropylene housings (FDA/EU compliant), users are encouraged to verify compliance based on their specific applications. Furthermore, all units pass Class VI toxicology testing and are integrity tested prior to shipment, ensuring reliability and safety. The filters are available in both sterile and non-sterile versions, individually packaged in low particulate plastic bags and boxes. Sterile filters come shrink-wrapped and include a sterility indicator for additional assurance.
