Our Desiccator Plates with Large Holes are designed for optimal functionality and efficiency in laboratory environments. Each plate features a large hole in the center, accompanied by an additional 6 to 10 strategically placed holes, varying by plate size, to enhance airflow and facilitate exceptional drying processes. One side of each plate is expertly glazed to ensure a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.

- • Thermal Shock Resistance - These plates exhibit a remarkable average coefficient of expansion, measuring 3.56 x 10-5 from 20°C to 200°C, and gradually increasing to 4.69 x 10-5 at 1000°C. Each batch of porcelain undergoes rigorous heat testing in our factory to guarantee excellence in thermal durability.
- • Glaze - Our desiccator plates maintain unparalleled integrity with no softening occurring up to 1000°C. Featuring an extremely white finish, the glaze not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also promotes cleanability.
- • Resistance to Chemical Action - Engineered to withstand a wide range of chemicals, these plates boast excellent resistance to acids and alkalies, making them ideal for various laboratory applications. However, please note that they are not suitable for use with hydrofluoric acid.
