The ELR10200-420 regenerative DC electronic load from EA Elektro-Automatik is engineered for high-performance applications with superior power density and advanced functionalities that set it apart from traditional loads. This unit excels in energy efficiency, capable of sinking (absorbing) current and returning up to 96% back to the local power grid thanks to its innovative energy recovery system. By converting supplied DC energy into a synchronous sine current, the ELR10200-420 minimizes heat dissipation, thereby optimizing energy costs.
Equipped with a large color TFT touch panel, the ELR10200-420 offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface for effortless manual operation, making complex tasks simpler and more efficient. Designed for comprehensive battery testing, the unit features a dedicated battery test mode that displays additional metrics such as elapsed testing time and consumed capacity in amp-hours (Ah).
Data captured by the EA Power Control can be exported in CSV format for convenient analysis in Microsoft Excel or similar software, enabling users to visualize data through discharge diagrams. Additionally, the ELR10200-420 showcases an advanced FPGA-based digital function generator, allowing it to produce customizable load profiles with waveform capabilities including sine, square, sawtooth, and ramp functions, executed in any required sequence.
The versatility of the ELR10200-420 is further enhanced by its wide-ranging AC input specification, accommodating voltages from 342V to 528V AC, which supports common international grid ratings of 380V to 480V.
