The PSI91000-30 also features a sophisticated software-based function generator capable of producing typical waveforms and applying them to either the output voltage or current. Control of the function generator is seamless through the intuitive touch panel on the front of the device or via remote operation through one of the digital interfaces. Additionally, bundled with the power supply is a Windows-compatible control software that allows for remote management of multiple devices—whether identical or varying types. This software includes a clear interface displaying all set and actual values, as well as direct input modes for SCPI and ModBus RTU commands, a convenient firmware update feature, and a semi-automatic table control known as “Sequencing.”
