Quality Construction

The ENDURO™ gel tanks are meticulously molded to ensure leak-proof performance and extended service life. Featuring corrosion-resistant platinum electrodes housed in cassettes, these components are protected during cleaning and can be easily replaced when necessary. The thoughtfully designed lids fit securely on the gel boxes in a single orientation, featuring a drip ring that recycles condensed buffer and prevents drips directly onto the gel surface.

Ease of Use

Casting gels with the ENDURO™ system is intuitive and straightforward. Simply attach the rubber gates to the ends of the tray, position the comb, and pour the gel — no tape required! The slots on the gel trays hold the combs firmly in place. The two-piece comb design allows for adjustable well depth, accommodating various sample sizes with ease. Each comb is 1.5 mm thick, with additional thickness options available separately. After the gel sets, the combs and gates are easily removed, and the gel tray is positioned within the gel box. For added convenience, loading strips can be placed at the bottom to assist in well visualization. The gel trays are UV transparent, ensuring clarity during analysis.

Designed for Safety

The power leads for the ENDURO™ system are conveniently attached to the gel box lid. This design ensures that the connection to the electrodes is secure only when the lid is properly in place, enhancing user safety. Removing the lid instantly disconnects power from the system. Moreover, side tabs and pressure pads facilitate easy lid removal while preventing buffer sloshing, making the entire process safer and more efficient.
