The ENDURO™ Horizontal Gel Box is expertly designed for maximum efficiency, safety, and longevity in scientific applications. Ranging from a compact mini gel system to a spacious maxi gel system, this equipment can accommodate as many as 450 samples in a single run. With a variety of customizable accessories available, including multichannel compatible gel combs, the ENDURO™ system suits diverse laboratory needs.

Built for leak-proof performance, the ENDURO™ gel tanks feature molded construction and corrosion-resistant platinum electrodes secured in cassettes, ensuring protection during cleaning and allowing for easy replacement. The unique lid design ensures it fits only in one direction, while a drip ring prevents buffer from dripping onto the gel, maintaining the integrity of your samples.

Casting gels with the ENDURO™ system is straightforward. Simply snap the rubber gates to the ends of the tray, position the comb, and pour the gel—no taping required. Slots on the sides of the gel trays hold the combs securely. The two-piece combs allow for customizable well depths, with supplied combs measuring 1.5 mm thick, and additional thicknesses available separately. Once the gel has solidified, easily remove the combs and gates and place the gel tray in the gel box. For improved well visualization, loading strips can be applied to the bottom of the gel box, and the gel trays are UV transparent.

The ENDURO™ system prioritizes user safety with power leads that connect directly to the gel box lid. Power flows to the electrodes only when the lid is securely placed on the unit. Removing the lid instantly disconnects power, ensuring safe operation. Side tabs and pressure pads facilitate easy lid removal while minimizing the risk of buffer sloshing.
