Quality Construction

The ENDURO™ gel tanks are molded to ensure leak-proof performance, contributing to a long-lasting service life. The corrosion-resistant platinum electrodes are strategically placed in cassettes, ensuring protection during cleaning and enabling simple replacement. Lids are designed to fit only in one direction, complemented by a drip ring that recycles condensed buffer, preventing unwanted drips directly onto the gel.

Ease of Use

Implementing the ENDURO™ system for gel casting is straightforward. Simply snap the rubber gates onto each end of the tray, position the comb, and pour the gel—no taping is required. Slots on the sides secure the combs in place, while the innovative two-piece combs allow users to adjust the teeth to modify well depth. Standard comb thickness is 1.5 mm, with additional thickness options available separately. Once the gel sets, remove the combs and gates, and place the gel in the box. Convenient loading strips can be added to assist in well visualization, and the gel trays feature UV transparency for optimal performance.

Safety-Designed

The ENDURO™ system is thoughtfully designed with safety in mind. Power leads are attached to the gel box lid, ensuring electrode connection is only made when the lid is securely in place. Removing the lid instantly disconnects power from the system. Additional side tabs and pressure pads simplify lid removal while minimizing buffer sloshing during operation.
