Model Specifics

The FastPette™ V2 allows users to set aspiration speed to high or low, accommodating varying pipet volumes and liquid viscosities. The dispensing process can be gravity-based or assisted by the pump for more controlled liquid release through a blow-out step. It features dual protective systems: a PTFE filter and a safety valve, both guarding against liquid ingress and ensuring sample integrity. The components are easily replaceable and autoclave-safe to prevent cross-contamination. Should the unit's battery run low during operation, simply attach the power supply to continue working seamlessly. Additionally, the battery management system safeguards against overcharging through built-in timing and thermal components. The FastPette™ V2 package includes a universal power supply compatible with US, EU, UK, and AU outlets, a wall hanger, a bench stand, and a 0.2 µm PFTE filter.

The FastPette™ Pro, provides advanced features for even more sophisticated liquid handling. When fully charged, its NiMH batteries ensure up to eight hours of continuous operation. The large LCD display enhances usability by showing battery status and pipetting modes at a glance. Specifically designed to prevent overfilling, the FastPette™ Pro also utilizes a 0.2 µm PTFE filter for optimal protection during use. As with the V2, the components, including the filter, pipet holder, and nosepiece, are autoclavable to maintain hygiene and reliability. This model comes with a universal power supply and a two-position charging stand for user convenience.
