The Fume Adsorber is specifically designed for light-duty histology coverslipping and staining applications. Utilizing activated carbon media, this unit effectively adsorbs organic odors and noxious vapors emitted from solvents such as xylene and toluene, ensuring that clean air is efficiently recirculated within the laboratory environment. Its low-profile, portable design requires no ductwork, making it ideal for shallow countertops or spaces with overhanging cabinets.

Each Fume Adsorber is equipped with an activated carbon filter, a formaldehyde filter, or an ammonia filter (with the Fume Adsorber-2 models featuring two filters of the same type). Contact us to determine the most suitable filter for your specific application.
