The GC Series Analog Gravity Convection Ovens boast an advanced design combining aesthetic appeal and rugged durability. Crafted with a light gray exterior featuring a hard, scratch-resistant hammer finish, these cabinets are resistant to wear and will maintain their professional appearance. The doors are equipped with high-impact thermoplastic handles and provide easy access, while the heavy steel double-wall construction ensures long-lasting performance. One inch of high-density mineral wool insulation separates the workspace from the outer cabinet, and the interiors are constructed from corrosive-resistant aluminized steel.

Intuitive Controls

Equipped with quality UL and CSA recognized components, these ovens feature a user-friendly control panel. An illuminated ON-OFF rocker switch and a heat-cycle pilot light provide clear operational feedback. Temperature settings are managed by either an automatic hydraulic or a bi-metal thermostat, with hydraulic models offering temperature dial markings in both centigrade and Fahrenheit for versatility.

Efficient Heating Elements

Engineered for energy efficiency, the GC Series utilizes low-watt density Incoloy sheathed heating elements, designed to achieve rapid run-up and recovery times. A perforated heat shield is included to enhance temperature uniformity by absorbing radiant heat and distributing it evenly throughout the oven. The temperature range reaches up to 220°C (428°F), making these ovens suitable for a variety of applications.
