Advanced Design
The exterior of the GCE Series ovens is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, featuring a painted light gray color and a tough, scratch-resistant hammer finish. The doors are equipped with high-impact thermoplastic handles, while the heavy steel double-wall construction and one-inch high-density mineral wool insulation ensure effectiveness and durability. The interiors are crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminized steel, facilitating a safe and efficient work environment.
Control System
The digital control system enhances operational ease, offering the advanced features of the analog model with added precision. The PID microprocessor maintains temperature settings within ±0.5°C (±1°F), accommodating fluctuations in ambient conditions or power supply. The user-friendly interface includes large LED displays to show both set and process temperatures, and a setting lock mode to safeguard against unintended adjustments.
Heating Elements
Designed for energy efficiency, the low-watt density, incoloy-sheathed heating elements provide rapid warm-up and recovery times. The introduction of a perforated heat shield greatly enhances temperature uniformity, capturing and distributing radiant heat evenly throughout the chamber.
