HST20 Series Stir Tester
Introducing the HST20 Series Stir Tester, an advanced solution for precise viscosity measurement and stirring needs in laboratory environments. Designed with cutting-edge technology, the HST20 features a robust 1/8 hp, totally enclosed, permanent-magnet DC motor that ensures consistent stirring speeds and dependable performance.
Key Features:
- Precise Speed Control: The built-in synthetic tachogenerator maintains accurate stirring speeds within less than 1% of base speed, from no-load to over 100% full-load, even with AC line voltage fluctuations of ±10%.
- Digital Readout: Easy-to-read digital displays show both speed in rpm and torque in oz-in, with a front panel switch that allows you to toggle seamlessly between speed and torque measurements.
- Comprehensive Data Capture: Effortlessly gather data on shear stress, shear rate, and velocity gradients. The rear output port provides external DC multi-volt signals for speed and torque, perfect for strip or X-Y recorders.
- Operator Safety & Convenience: The design includes cord connections between drive motors and controls, allowing the control unit to be placed away from challenging environments, enhancing operator safety.
