The Imada ZTA-44 Digital Force Gauge is an essential tool for accurate measurement of pushing and pulling forces, featuring a maximum capacity of 44 lbf, 20 kgf, or 200 N. This advanced device is designed with high-speed sampling capabilities, an Electroluminescent Display (ELD), and USB output for seamless connectivity and data management.
The intuitive interface allows users to effortlessly navigate through its menus, enabling easy selection of measurement units, display reversal, and programming of high/low setpoints. The bright ELD provides a clear view of essential information, including force values, unit measurements, peak data, and optional user-selectable details such as memory data, +NG count, high/low thresholds, 1st and 2nd peaks, and displacement values (when paired with a suitable test stand with FA option).
The Imada ZTA-44 Digital Force Gauge excels in quality testing applications, ensuring reliability in assessing the strength and functionality of components. This model features color-coded LED indicators that provide instant feedback on measurement conditions: orange for values beneath the low setpoint, green for values within the acceptable range, and red for exceeding the high setpoint. It processes and transmits real-time data at an exceptional rate of 2,000 samples per second, capturing not just peak values but continuous measurements at a rate of 100 data points per second, which can be saved directly to flash drives.
The ZTA-44 supports various data output options including USB, RS-232C, Digimatic, and Analog outputs, facilitating easy data transfer to personal computers or data loggers for detailed analysis and record-keeping.
