Keithley 2001-TCSCAN
The Keithley 2001-TCSCAN is an advanced solution for professionals seeking precision in their measurement applications. Designed to be seamlessly integrated into Keithley’s 2000, 2001, 2002, or 2010 Digital Multimeters (DMM), this module offers nine channels of cold-junction compensated temperature measurements, as well as the capability to measure voltage, resistance, and frequency. Enhance your lab’s functionality by directly measuring temperature through 2- or 4-wire RTDs (Note: this feature is not compatible with Model 2000).
One of the standout features of the Keithley 2001-TCSCAN is its Trigger-Link capability. This innovative system is utilized in the Keithley 2001 and 2002 models, along with other Keithley test instruments, allowing you to coordinate the operation of multiple devices effortlessly.
