The Keithley 7072-HV is an exceptional solution for switching low-level, high-voltage, and high-impedance signals, specifically engineered for semiconductor parametric tests on wafers and devices. This innovative design features two dedicated signal paths capable of handling impressive voltages up to 1300V while maintaining an exceptionally low offset current of less than 1pA. The versatility of the two C-V paths allows for the accurate measurement of capacitance-voltage characteristics from DC up to 1MHz, as well as the efficient switching of low currents with a common ground.

Additionally, the Keithley 7072-HV incorporates four high-quality signal paths, each contributing less than 20pA offset current and facilitating signal switching up to 200V. This robustness ensures reliability during critical testing processes.
