For applications demanding connectivity to an extensive array of devices or test points, the Model 7174A empowers users with the ability to expand their testing capabilities through additional cards. On-card connectors facilitate easy column expansion between multiple 7174A cards housed in adjacent slots of the Model 707A switching mainframe. Each 7174A comes equipped with eight female-to-female cables to simplify the expansion process and enhance versatility. Up to six 7174A cards can be connected within a single 707A switching mainframe, enabling configurations of either 8x72 or 12x60 matrices.
