This versatile unit seamlessly connects to the rear of the 4155x or 4156x, automatically integrating additional measurement resources during the boot-up process. These resources are displayed on the 4155C/4156C "Channels: Channel Definition" page and function in conjunction with the built-in measurement capabilities of the 4155C/4156C.
The 41501B provides robust functionality when paired with the 16440A SMU/PGU selector, enabling precise Write/Erase endurance testing of Flash memory cells and various types of non-volatile memory cells. This level of testing is crucial for ensuring the reliability and durability of memory technologies.
This model excels in power capabilities, offering the 41501B HPSMU that can source or sink current up to 1 A while supplying a voltage range of +/-200 V. This high performance makes it suitable for a wide range of advanced testing applications.
