The Agilent 83496B Clock Recovery Module is a state-of-the-art solution for precise phase noise analysis and improved jitter measurement accuracy. Designed for seamless integration with the 86100C Digital Communications Analyzer, this module excels in deriving clocks from a wide range of signal rates, spanning from as low as 50 Mb/s to an impressive 14.2 GB/s. With a residual jitter of under 300 femtoseconds rms, the Agilent 83496B enables highly accurate measurements of even the lowest levels of signal jitter.
