Utilizing the same modular architecture as the B1505A Power Device Analyzer, the B1505AP can be expanded with additional features based on your testing needs. Renowned for being the only single-box solution to accurately characterize high power devices, the B1505AP operates across a remarkable range—from the sub-picoamp level up to 10 kV and 1500 A. Users can conveniently select from eight preconfigured application packages tailored to their specific maximum voltage and current requirements, alongside capacitance measurement needs.
The versatile test fixture of the B1505AP accommodates a wide variety of devices, including power MOSFETs, diodes, and IGBTs, regardless of size or shape. This adaptability is facilitated by a large test fixture adapter featuring customizable modules. Importantly, the built-in interlock mechanism ensures safe application of high voltages and currents to the test devices, prioritizing user safety during operation.
