The Keysight B2911B Precision Source/Measure Unit (SMU) is a compact, cost-effective benchtop solution designed to meet the stringent demands of modern electronics testing. Equipped with a minimum resolution of 10 fA for current sourcing and 100 nV for voltage sourcing and measuring, this device is capable of capturing extremely low-level signals. Its intuitive front panel graphical user interface, complemented by a vibrant 4.3-inch color LCD display, allows for both graphical and numerical view modes, streamlining operations such as testing, characterization, and debugging. Additionally, its PC-based control software empowers users to conduct remote measurements from a PC, eliminating the need for complex programming.
