The Keysight B2985B Electrometer/High Resistance Meter stands out as the world's only graphical electrometer, uniquely designed to measure small currents with an exceptional resolution of 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10-15 A) and large resistances reaching up to 10 PΩ (10 x 1015 Ω). Its user-friendly 4.3” color LCD screen features a graphical user interface that displays trend charts and histograms alongside numeric readings, empowering users to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analyses—no PC required.
When it comes to high resistance measurements, temperature and humidity are pivotal factors. The Keysight B2985B is equipped with interfaces for temperature and humidity sensors, including a dedicated thermocouple (N1423A) provided with the unit. For enhanced accuracy, the EE07 Digital Humidity/Temperature Probe from E+E Electronik can be utilized, offering superior temperature data compared to traditional thermocouples. Notably, even in AC mode with a 0.1 PLC integration time, the B2985B excels in measurement performance, far surpassing conventional picoammeters and electrometers.
