Keysight N6752A Power Module
The Keysight N6752A is a state-of-the-art, 100 W autoranging DC power module designed for high-performance applications. It boasts low noise levels, high accuracy, and extraordinary programming speeds that outperform traditional programmable power supplies by a factor of 10 to 50. With the optional high-speed test extension, this module features digitizer capabilities reminiscent of an oscilloscope, allowing for enhanced measurement accuracy, especially when analyzing high-speed transient or pulse events in the device-under-test (DUT).
Versatile Application
This advanced power module is compatible with the compact 1U high N6700 series Low Profile Modular Power System, ideal for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) systems, as well as the multi-output N6705A and N6705B DC Power Analyzers, suitable for thorough bench testing. Connectivity options are robust, with standards including GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance.
