RENT KEYSIGHT N7020A Power Rail Probe (Call for Availability)

The Keysight N7020A Power Rail Probe is an advanced measurement tool specifically engineered for precise power integrity assessments. Offering an impressive mV sensitivity, this probe is essential for meticulously analyzing noise, ripple, and transients on DC power rails. As today's products demand tighter tolerances, the N7020A rises to meet these challenges, enabling detailed evaluation of both periodic and random disturbances, static and dynamic load responses, programmable power rail behaviors, and other critical power integrity factors.

Compatibility is key with the N7020A, as it seamlessly integrates with Keysight InfiniiVision 3000T and 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes, as well as the InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes (post-February 1, 2016 models). It also works with Infiniium S-Series DSO and MSO high-definition oscilloscopes, and Infiniium 9000 Series DSO and MSO oscilloscopes running software revision 5.20 or later. With a 1:1 attenuation ratio, the N7020A ensures minimal noise addition while providing a broad +/-24 V offset range for signal centering. Its low DC loading capability minimizes impact on the power rails, while the wide active signal range of +/-850 mV enhances measurement versatility. With a remarkable 2-GHz bandwidth, this probe is adept at detecting high-speed transients that could potentially disrupt clocks and digital data.

Specifications for the KEYSIGHT N7020A Power Rail Probe Include:

Bandwidth 2 GHz
Offset Range ± 24 V
Input Impedance 50 kΩ ± 2%
Active Signal Range ± 850 mV (around offset voltage)
