Construction:
The robust design includes a cast aluminum housing for High Volume Stirrers, while our Large Capacity Stirrers feature both a stainless steel housing and a top plate for enhanced durability. Each model is equipped with either a 70 mm egg-shaped stir bar or a 102 mm stir bar complete with a pivot ring, ensuring versatility in mixing various materials.
Design Features:
Our Large Volume Stirrers incorporate an innovative speed ramping feature that gradually increases motor speed, promoting effective coupling and improved stirring. Engineered with microprocessor control, these stirrers provide precise speed regulation for consistent results. The built-in timer counts up or can be programmed to a set time, automatically turning off stirring and sounding an alarm when it reaches zero.
