• Available in two door configurations: side hinge or vertical lift, for flexible and comfortable operation.
• Equipped with a one-inch diameter air vent on the top and a 0.375 inch diameter air inlet at the rear to facilitate inert atmosphere exchange, with some possible leakage at the door.
• Advanced self-tuning digital instrumentation enables precise temperature settings with real-time display.
• Utilizes Platinel II™ thermocouples for enhanced long-term stability and accuracy.
• 0.6 cu. ft. models feature a vertical lift door, while 2 cu. ft. models are equipped with a horizontal side swing door, keeping the hot side away from the operator for optimal safety.

Control Options:

Digital, Single-Setpoint Controller:

• Single segment and single setpoint controlled with one ramp to the setpoint.

Digital Single-Program, Multiple-Segment Programmable Controller:

• Single program with multiple segments for ramping (up and down) and timed dwell for temperature control.

Digital Multiple-Program, Multiple-Segment Programmable Controller:

• Available on models designated with a 'P', enabling multiple programs and segments for flexible thermal management.

Overtemperature Control (OTC):

• Adjustable digital overtemperature control available on selected models with 'B' suffix designation to protect the furnace and its load.
• Automatically overrides the main controller and deactivates furnace power upon reaching a predetermined high limit.
• Requires manual reset for safety measures, operating via magnetic contacts from an independent thermocouple signal.

Flowmeter Option (FM) (Inert Atmosphere Only):

• Available on selected models with 'FM' designation, featuring a gas flowmeter located on the front control panel.
• Adjustable flow rate ranging from 1.0 to 10.0 cu. ft./hr., applicable for inert gas or controlled airflow into the chamber.
• Facilitates fresh air exchange required for ashing applications, not suitable for combustible or volatile gases.

Includes:

One two-part shelf per unit. The 0.6 cu. ft. models come with one shelf position in the center, while 2 cu. ft. models offer three shelf positions for flexible configuration.
