Microprocessor-Based Control Features

    • Selectable self-tuning feature establishes optimal control parameters for thermal processes.
    • PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) control effectively prevents temperature overshoot.
    • Convenient main power ON/OFF switch located on the control panel.
    • Controlled heat-up rates are designed to eliminate thermal shock to materials.
    • Quick heat-up and cool-down capabilities enhance laboratory efficiency.
    • Adjustable high-limit overtemperature protection safeguards materials and processes.
    • Simultaneous LED display for actual temperature vs. setpoint allows for precise monitoring.
    • Temperature display can be switched between degrees Celsius (°C) and degrees Fahrenheit (°F).

    • Side-hinge door enables easy operation and full chamber access for convenient loading and unloading.
    • Long-life Type K thermocouple ensures accurate temperature readings.
    • Inert atmosphere exchange through air vent and air inlet features, though some leakage may occur at the door.
    • A removable and replaceable Moldatherm hearth plate supports loads and protects against spills.
    • Advanced Moldatherm insulation with embedded heating elements offers energy efficiency.
    • Safety door switch interrupts power to the heating element when the door is opened, protecting both the heating element and the operator.

Controller Options with Over-Temperature Protection

    • A: Digital single segment, single setpoint with one ramp to setpoint.
    • B: Digital single program featuring multiple segments for ramp (up and down) and dwell (time hold) temperature control.
