Engineered with high-speed continuous data capture, the M7-500 can store up to 5,000 readings at an impressive acquisition rate of up to 14,000 Hz. This capability is enhanced by the inclusion of MESUR Lite data acquisition software, which allows users to tabulate both continuous and single-point data effortlessly. A one-click export feature directly to Excel facilitates further data manipulation, streamlining data analysis processes.
The MARK-10 M7-500 also offers a variety of programmable features, including footswitch sequencing, break detection, and first/second peak detection, which enable accurate and repeatable testing. Additionally, it supports a coefficient of friction unit of measurement and a user-defined unit of measurement for customized applications.
For enhancing productivity, the gauge incorporates automatic data output, data storage, and zeroing functions that activate upon the completion of break detection, averaging, external triggers, and peak detection. The M7-500 is designed for compatibility with various Mark-10 test stands, such as the ESM301, allowing for a wide range of testing functions including break testing, tensile testing, compression testing, dynamic load holding, and PC control capability.
