Features

Operation
- In bypass mode, valves A and B are closed, isolating the diffusion pump while valve C remains open.
- Upon reaching a vacuum of 1 x 10-5 Torr, close valve C and open valves A and B to integrate the diffusion pump back into the pumping circuit.
Note: Heating mantle must be ordered separately. When ordering the diffusion pump to mate with the AF-0450 manifold, ensure to use the same code for both items. For instance, the AF-0460-01 left-handed diffusion pump should be ordered with the AF-0450-01 right-handed manifold.
