The Owl™ D4 Horizontal Electrophoresis System is expertly engineered to provide superior flexibility while conserving valuable bench space. This advanced system delivers flat, even banding patterns and consistent results, removing the hassle of utilizing tape, grease, agarose seals, or other cumbersome accessories.
- Conduct a single gel tray (51 samples) in the buffer chamber or maximize your bench space with two stacked trays (accommodating up to 102 samples).
- Equipped with two 16 x 17 cm UV Transmissible (UVT) gel trays, each accommodating up to three combs for simultaneously running up to three series of samples equally spaced.
- Features a stand-alone casting platform for effortless casting of two gels simultaneously.
- Cast a single gel directly in the buffer chamber or utilize the external gel caster for increased versatility.

Replacement Parts and Accessories
The system’s power supply leads feature a retractable sheath end for convenience and enhanced safety. Additionally, these leads are designed with a strain relief cord to prevent breakage. The UVT gel tray incorporates gasketed end gates that provide a reliable leakproof seal without the need for tape.
