PE Drain Disc

This innovative disc significantly enhances flow rates, ensuring maximum throughput. Its unique design allows the Drain Disc to lift off screen supports, exposing all capillary pores and thereby optimizing performance when integrated between two filters in a serial filtration stack.

Furthermore, the spacers included with the Drain Disc play a crucial role in preventing air locking of downstream screens. They can also function as filters, selectively binding a portion of the pores in the upstream filter for improved filtration efficiency. These spacers are meticulously sized to fit within the diameter of the O-ring in filter holders, with an example sizing of using a 42 mm spacer under a 47 mm filter for versatile applications.
