Chemglass Pressure Release Bubblers: Lafler, Airfree, Schlenk

The Chemglass Pressure Release Bubblers represent the pinnacle of design for managing purge gas within inert gas systems, making them an essential tool for laboratories engaged in sensitive processes. This innovative device offers unparalleled functionality for maintaining the integrity of your inert environment.

Key Features:

    • Precision Control: The unique bubbler design allows for fine control of purge gas, enabling optimal performance in an inert gas system connected through a manifold.
    • Efficient Gas Flow: Purge gas is introduced into the bubbler via a hose connection (A) and exits through connection (B), which is effectively linked to the manifold.
    • Large Capacity Chamber: The generous size of the main chamber (C) facilitates rapid purging while offering robust check valve protection for the inert gas source (D).
    • Oil Backflow Prevention: A specially designed constriction within the large chamber prevents any potentially harmful oil from being drawn back into the system, safeguarding your processes.
    • Adjustable Pressure Release: The small chamber (E) features an adjustable pressure release valve, allowing settings ranging from 2 to 49 PSI, with a recommended configuration of 4 PSI for optimal vacuum and inert systems.
    • Over-Pressure Management: Upon reaching the correctly charged pressure setting, the main chamber’s bubbler will cease operation, allowing any excess pressure to safely escape through the small chamber (E).
    • Standardized Hose Connections: Designed with 11mm OD hose connections at the largest ring, ensuring compatibility with standard equipment.

Note: For proper operation, chambers (D) and (E) should be filled halfway with mineral oil. Please refer to the instruction manual available in the downloads section for detailed operating guidelines.
