For those requiring ducting to the outdoors, a variety of models are available with or without an integrated blower. If external venting is not an option, units equipped with a built-in blower utilize specially-treated carbon filters, which effectively reduce low-level concentrations of hazardous substances such as toluene, xylene, formalin, and formaldehyde, maintaining air quality in your laboratory.
