Key Features and Specifications

AC Hipot Testing: Perform AC dielectric tests within the voltage range of 100V to 5000VAC RMS, accommodating a maximum leakage current of 40mA RMS. Ideal for devices with significant leakage currents, such as power supplies with large capacitors. Test voltage and total current readings are conveniently displayed during operation.

DC Hipot Testing: Execute DC dielectric tests ranging from 100V to 6000VDC, with a resolution of 10V and a maximum leakage current of 20mA. This feature allows prompt charging of capacitive devices and swift discharges post-measurement for reduced overall test time.

Insulation Resistance Measurements: Similar to DC Hipot testing, insulation resistance is measured and displayed, offering values from 10MW to 10GW with test voltages ranging from 50VDC to 1000VDC in precise 1V increments.

Ground Bond Testing: Supply up to 30A AC for thorough ground bond tests. The adaptable test current can be set between 1A and 30A in 0.1A increments, with programmable high current limits, test times, frequencies, and open circuit no-load voltages. An offset feature automatically compensates for lead resistance, ensuring precise measurements.

Advanced Programmability: Features include programmable output voltage up to 5KV AC and 6KV DC, ramping and test time settings, along with storage for 50 test setups comprising 15 steps each.
