RENT ROHDE & SCHWARZ NRT-Z44 Directional Power Sensor (Call for Availability)
The Rohde & Schwarz NRT-Z44 directional power sensor is a cutting-edge, fully calibrated measuring instrument designed for precise RF and microwave analysis. This advanced device operates independently and does not require a base unit, making it highly versatile for various applications. With the capability to simultaneously measure both forward and reverse power, the NRT-Z44 accurately determines additional critical parameters, such as load matching.
This state-of-the-art sensor boasts excellent matching characteristics, low insertion loss, and outstanding intermodulation performance. Unlike conventional directional power meters that are limited to unmodulated RF and microwave signals, the NRT-Z44 excels at handling digitally modulated signals. One of its key strengths is the ability to accurately measure the average power (RMS value) of a signal, regardless of its envelope waveform, functioning similarly to a thermal power meter. This results in superior measurement accuracy across a broad range, specifically from 35 dB to 40 dB.
