Plus Configuration Features
The Roto-Mini™ is also available in a “Plus” configuration for enhanced functionality:
- Variable Speed Control: Operating speeds ranging from 5 to 70 rpm.
- Mix Function: Integrates rotating and oscillating movements for increased mixing efficiency.
- Pause Function: Features intermittent stops to optimize mixing periods.
- Rock Function: Provides a gentle rocking motion (see-saw) to enhance solution interaction.
The Plus models come equipped with an additional rocking platform (4.5 x 3 in.) and a specialized holder for 96 x 0.2ml tube/strip/plate combinations, facilitating efficient mixing of PCR vessels in the “Mix” (oscillating) mode.
