Shaker Holders - Versatile Solutions for Your Lab Needs
Separatory Funnel Holder (up to 500 mL)
Designed for efficiency, this funnel holder accommodates up to three funnels simultaneously, making it ideal for various lab applications. Mountable on one or two shaker bases, its user-friendly features allow easy setup: simply load the funnels with the stopcock facing down, adjust to your desired shaking angle, and power on the shaker. The adjustable yoke securely holds the funnel in place, while a built-in elastic band keeps the stopper anchored.
For materials that create pressure during shaking, the Snorkel Stopper replaces the standard stopper and can automatically relieve pressures exceeding one pound (psi), ensuring safety and effective mixing.
Separatory Funnel Holder (up to 1000 mL)
This holder is expertly designed for 1- or 2-liter separatory funnels, providing a stable and secure environment for delicate samples. The funnel can be effortlessly rotated from the upright fill position to 45° or 60° for shaking, and then returned to the upright position for further sample processing. The flask can remain in the holder throughout the entire operation, enhancing convenience and minimizing handling risks. Note: requires the Universal Mounting Platform (099A BT6000).
Erlenmeyer Flask Holder
Our Erlenmeyer Flask Holder allows you to shake one to four flasks simultaneously. It accommodates uncapped flasks for gentle mixing or secured flasks with screw caps or tapered stoppers. An elastic band ensures the stoppers remain firmly in place. You can utilize two flask holders simultaneously, with a locking knob that secures optimum positions for easy loading and effective shaking. The holder can be rotated 180° while mounted on the shaker for added flexibility.
Adjustability allows each holder to accommodate three 500 mL flasks or four 125 mL or 250 mL flasks, with the ability to mix flask sizes as needed.
Fat-Extraction Tube Holder
This specialized holder is designed for use with Mojonnier fat extraction processes, fitting up to four flasks with a diameter of 37 mm. You can shake a maximum of two holders at once, with a total load capacity of up to five pounds that does not require balancing. When shaken vertically, unstoppered flasks can be used; for horizontal shaking, flasks should be capped and securely held with built-in restrainers.
Test Tube Rack Holder
The Test Tube Rack Holder offers the capability to shake one or two complete racks of test tubes at the same time and doubles as a holder for bottles, Erlenmeyer flasks, or other stoppered containers. Racks are secured by a restraining cover, which automatically releases and remains captive when the retaining nuts are loosened for easy rack insertion or removal. Compatible with racks up to 12” x 5”, it accepts capped or stoppered tubes ranging from 75 mm to 200 mm long.
Centrifuge Tube Holder
Engineered for convenience, this holder allows for vertical shaking to let gases escape or horizontal shaking with stoppers secured by a plate. Each holder can hold up to eight tubes, and a maximum of three holders can be utilized simultaneously. Universal Mounting Platform
The essential Universal Mounting Platform is required for mounting the Series BT glassware holders, providing a horizontal surface for the secure attachment of various shaking vessels. Conveniently set on top of the shaker head, it is secured by three hand-tightened locking knobs. The Series BT holders install rapidly atop the platform via pre-located mounting holes, with two locking knobs per holder to ensure stability. The platform supports up to two holders for optimized lab productivity.
