- • Thermal Shock Resistance - With an average coefficient of thermal expansion ranging from 20°C to 200°C at 3.56 x 10-5, this spotting plate is engineered to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. The resilience increases to 4.69 x 10-5 at 1000°C, ensuring reliability during high-heat applications, as all porcelain batches undergo stringent heat testing in our facility.
- • High-Quality Glaze - Our spotting plates are designed with a superior glaze that remains stable and does not soften even at temperatures reaching 1000°C. The glaze is exceptionally white, providing enhanced visibility for accurate observations.
- • Excellent Chemical Resistance - Engineered to be robust against various chemicals, these plates offer outstanding resistance to acids and alkalies, making them suitable for diverse laboratory operations. Please note that hydrofluoric acid is an exception.
