This advanced power supply features a built-in RS-232/RS-485 interface, providing seamless integration with various user-friendly optional interfaces. The GEN100-50 supports parallel operation with active current sharing, allowing for the connection of up to four identical units in an auto-parallel configuration. This capability enables users to expand their output power capacity by fourfold, significantly enhancing system flexibility.
The user-centric design includes a front panel equipped with reliable controls, making it accessible for users to manage performance with ease. Users can select encoder adjustments for fine or coarse settings (approximately 6 or 30 turns), complemented by four-digit LED displays for voltage and current monitoring. In Advanced Parallel Master/Slave Mode, total current can be programmed and reported by the master unit, ensuring that up to four supplies operate as a cohesive system.
