The Tektronix AFG31021 is an advanced Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG) designed to elevate the waveform generation experience for researchers and engineers alike. Featuring both Basic (AFG) and Advanced (Sequence) modes, the AFG31021 stands out as the industry’s first arbitrary function generator to offer such versatility. The Advanced mode empowers users to compose and generate complex sequences of multiple waveforms, accommodating between 1 to 256 distinct waveforms with a total waveform length reaching up to 16 Mpts/channel (with an optional upgrade to 128 Mpts/channel). This functionality allows for precise control over the output sequence of the generated waveforms.
One of the incredible innovations of the AFG31021 is its patented InstaView™ technology, providing real-time waveform visualization directly at the device under test (DUT) rather than merely displaying the nominal waveform settings.
