The Tektronix TIVM1 IsoVu Isolated Probe is engineered for precision, providing galvanically isolated measurement solutions ideal for resolving high bandwidth, differential signals up to ±2500 V amidst significant common mode voltages. With exceptional common mode rejection performance across its bandwidth, this probe ensures accuracy without compromise.

The IsoVu technology employs an advanced electrooptic sensor that transforms the electrical signals from the sensor tip cables into optical signals, thus allowing for complete electrical isolation between the device under test and the oscilloscope. This powerful design includes four separate lasers, an optical sensor, five optical fibers, and advanced feedback and control mechanisms to enhance your measurement capabilities. The user-friendly sensor head connects directly to the test point while being electrically isolated, deriving its power from one of the optical fibers.

The TIVM1 probe is compatible with a wide range of Tektronix oscilloscopes featuring the TekVPI interface, as well as MSO/DPO70K series oscilloscopes with the TCA-VPI50 adapter, making it an invaluable tool for laboratory and field applications.
