Teseq (Schaffner) NSG5500 - Automotive Transient Immunity Test Set
RENT TESEQ NSG5500 / NSG 5500
The Teseq NSG5500 is a cutting-edge Automotive Transient Immunity Test Set, meticulously designed to meet the demands of contemporary automotive testing. This compact and modular solution features generators tailored for capacitive discharge pulsed interference tests, compliant with ISO, SAE, DIN, JASO standards, and more. It covers established specifications for passenger vehicles and the latest standards introduced for commercial vehicles, along with various proprietary requirements from different automotive manufacturers.
At the heart of the NSG5500 lies Teseq's exclusive Gemini technology, providing an exceptionally flexible and upgradeable system that safeguards your investment. The NSG5500 mainframe presents a space-efficient design, integrating all critical system components and accommodating standard pulse generators. All testing functions are accessible via a single output connector. The built-in electronic switch facilitates the seamless connection and disconnection of battery supply, ensuring a smooth testing experience.
Additional connection points for inputs and outputs are conveniently located on the rear panel, enabling efficient control during test execution and monitoring of critical signals such as error notifications, oscilloscope triggers, and gate start/stop commands. Overall operations are managed through a PC utilizing AutoStar™ software under the Windows environment.
Unmatched versatility is a hallmark of the NSG5500, which incorporates a variety of transients within a single modular framework. The essential ISO 7637 tests covering pulse types 1, 2a, 3, 5, 6, and 7 are all integrated seamlessly. For users requiring pulse 4 and pulse 2b control, options are available, although the advanced NSG5600 may provide additional benefits. Importantly, as industry standards evolve, the NSG5500 system can be easily upgraded with new modules, allowing compatibility of both new and existing modules, whether through direct exchange or integration into an optional expansion chassis.
All generators in the NSG5500 lineup are calibrated to meet ISO 7637-2:2004 or specific manufacturer standards, assuring high fidelity and performance in EMC immunity testing. Teseq remains committed to preserving backward compatibility while continually advancing the forefront of testing technology.
