The Test Equity 1016S Temperature Chamber is engineered for precision and durability, featuring a robust single-stage refrigeration system that delivers exceptional performance with workspace temperatures as low as -35°C. This chamber is designed to offer faster cooling rates and higher live-load capacity, ensuring reliable testing environments for various applications.
Equipped with either an F4T touchscreen or the original F4 controller, the Test Equity 1016S enables seamless operation with RS-232 and Ethernet interfaces; GPIB capability is also available as an option. The unit utilizes powerful 3.5 HP Scroll Compressors, making it both efficient and dependable in maintaining temperature stability.
For safety and performance, the Test Equity 1016S includes independent protection against temperature extremes. The built-in limit controller effectively shuts down the chamber and triggers an audible alarm in the case of out-of-limit conditions, safeguarding equipment and test samples alike. The chamber’s construction features a combination of structural foam and fiberglass blanket insulation, effectively eliminating exterior window sweating during standard temperature cycles.
Designed with user convenience in mind, the Test Equity 1016S provides two 4-inch access ports on both sides, allowing easy attachment of wires and sensors to the test sample. A heavy-duty stainless steel wire shelf guarantees optimal airflow around samples for uniform temperature distribution, and additional shelves, along with optional shelf slides, are available to enhance your testing capabilities. Furthermore, this temperature chamber employs non-CFC refrigeration, constructed with a minimal number of fittings, joints, and welds to ensure reduced potential for refrigerant leaks.
