With the capability to reach maximum vacuum levels of 10 mTorr and a leak rate of just 10 mTorr per hour, these ovens minimize draw-down time significantly. Users have the flexibility to select between a 3/8 inch orifice or a KF25 fitting, accommodating various operational requirements.

The SHEL LAB Vacuum Oven's doors are fitted with positive latch handles and spring-loaded glass that ensure a tight vacuum seal without causing hinge binds that can degrade gasket life. Moreover, a tempered glass viewing window allows for safe and continuous monitoring of your samples throughout the heating process.

For optimal functionality across diverse applications, these ovens are equipped with silicone gaskets that resist a wide range of temperatures and pressures. However, for environments involving solvents or acids, optional Buna, Fluorosilicone, or Viton® gaskets may be recommended.
