The AEMC 6555 Megohmmeter/Insulation Tester is a state-of-the-art portable instrument designed for measuring electrical insulation resistance values on high voltage cables and devices. It stands out as the only fully automated graphical insulation tester capable of operating at 15,000V. Equipped with a clear graphical LCD screen, the AEMC 6555 allows users to easily view test results and configuration parameters, which can be exported via DataView for further analysis. The AEMC 6555 features the ability to program up to three step voltage profiles ranging from 40 to 15,000V, with each profile capable of containing up to ten steps. Additionally, it includes three ramp profiles and three programmable test voltages alongside standard fixed voltages of 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V, 10,000V, and 15,000V, allowing for customized testing approaches.
