AF Series Analog Forced Air Convection Ovens

Advanced Design
The AF Series ovens feature an aesthetic and resilient construction, characterized by an attractive light gray exterior finished with a hard, scratch-resistant hammer texture. Each oven is equipped with high-impact thermoplastic handles for easy access and is engineered with heavy steel double-wall construction. The workspace is insulated with one inch of high-density mineral wool, while the interiors are crafted from corrosive-resistant aluminized steel, ensuring lasting durability.

Controls
Designed with precision and user-friendliness in mind, these ovens utilize high-quality UL and CSA recognized components. The control panel includes an illuminated ON-OFF rocker switch, accompanied by a heat-cycle pilot light for added convenience. Temperature regulation is managed by either an automatic hydraulic or bi-metal thermostat, with hydraulic models providing clear temperature dial markings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Heating Elements
The ovens feature energy-efficient, low-watt density Incoloy sheathed elements, engineered into a compact design that facilitates quick heating and recovery times. Temperature uniformity is enhanced through a perforated heat shield, which absorbs radiant heat and ensures even distribution throughout the cooking chamber. These ovens offer a temperature range of up to 220°C (428°F), making them suitable for a variety of applications.
